Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- box Stove Top stuffing - 1 item
- almonds optional - 1/4 c
- can cream of celery or chicken soup - 1 item
- turkey pieces - 2 c
- drained green beans or broccoli - 1 c
How to make turkey casserole:
In a greased 2-quart casserole dish, place 2/3 cup stuffing. Use box instructions. Add turkey, beans and almonds. Mix soup and milk. Pour over mixture. Top with remaining filling. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or microwave for 15 to 20 minutes.Berta uses leftover filling and gravy in place of soup and milk.
