Turkey casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/3 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- chopped celery - 1/3 c
- parsley flakes - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- diced, cooked turkey - 2 c
- can whole kernel corn - 1 lb
How to make turkey casserole:
Saute celery in butter until tender; add drained corn (keep 2 tablespoons of liquid) and heat until warmed through. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and reserved corn liquid and fold into corn mixture. Place turkey in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish and top with corn mixture. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake 15 minutes in 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Turkey.
