Ingredients/Components

- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- 2 oz - 1/2 c
- 4 oz - 1 c
- medium size green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- cooked rice - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 oz
- coarsely chopped cooked turkey
How to make turkey and broccoli casserole:
Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter in a large skillet until vegetables are tender; set aside. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Cut spears in half; arrange in a greased, shallow 2-quart casserole. Combine sauteed vegetables and remaining ingredients; spoon over broccoli.
