Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter or margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • 2 oz - 1/2 c
  • 4 oz - 1 c
  • medium size green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • medium onion, chopped - 1 item
  • stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
  • cooked rice - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 3/4
  • can sliced water chestnuts, drained - 1 oz
  • coarsely chopped cooked turkey

How to make turkey and broccoli casserole:

Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter in a large skillet until vegetables are tender; set aside. Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Cut spears in half; arrange in a greased, shallow 2-quart casserole. Combine sauteed vegetables and remaining ingredients; spoon over broccoli. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 30 minutes or until heated.
