Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • cold water - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • chopped onion - 2 tsp
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • envelopes unflavored gelatin - 2 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom or celery soup - 1 item
  • drained, flaked tuna water packed - 2 cans
  • radishes, cucumbers, green or red peppers optional - 1 item

How to make tuna mold:

Heat soup; stir in lemon juice, mustard and salt together. Chill. Add mayonnaise. Fold in onions, celery, tuna and any vegetables you would like. Gently fill mold. Chill several hours. Serve with crackers.
