Tuna loaf
Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can tuna - 6 oz
- can peas, drained - 1 item
- instant onion - 1 tsp
- dry Cream of Wheat - 1/4 c
How to make tuna loaf:
Add milk to egg. Stir in instant onion and Cream of Wheat; let stand while mixing together tuna, lemon juice, salt, pepper and peas. Combine with Cream of Wheat mixture. Pour into greased loaf pan. Top with crushed cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Serve with cream sauce. Serves 4 or 5.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Tuna.
