Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1/4 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans tuna, drained - 2 item
- Gravy:2 Tbsp
- rest of soup - 1 item
How to make tuna croquettes:
Mix all ingredients well and fry in small amount of butter or margarine (not oil).Gravy:2 Tbsp. mayonnaise1/2 c. milk rest of soup Heat and pour over cooked croquettes.Recipe categories: Fish, Tuna, Saltwater fish.
