- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/3 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 3 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- bag potato chips, crushed - 1 (8
- large can chunk-style tuna - 1 item
How to make tuna casserole:
Slowly cook onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender, but not brown. Add soup, milk and tuna; mix well. Cook noodles according to directions on package and drain. Alternate layers of noodles and soup mixture in greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown. Sprinkle with potato chips and return to oven to brown chips.
