Ingredients/Components
- medium onion - 1 item
- medium green pepper - 1 item
- butter - 3 Tbsp
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- cans tuna, drained - 2 oz
- milk - 3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- Cook in butter until limp
- grated cheese - 1/2 c
- slices pimentos - 2 item
How to make tuna casserole:
Chop onion and green pepper coarsely. Cook in butter until limp. Stir in flour as smoothly as possible. Add milk. Gradually season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture bubbles. Stir in tuna. Pour into a shallow baking dish.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Tuna.
