  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • water - 1 c
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • orange juice
  • bananas, sliced - 3 item
  • can pineapple - 1 item

How to make tropical salad:

Combine juices and water, bring to a boil. Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in liquid. Chill until syrupy. Add pineapple, sliced bananas and coconut into gelatin mixture. Pour into 1-quart mold. Chill until firm.
