  • eggs - 4 item
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • Cool Whip
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • box instant vanilla pudding mix - 3 oz
  • can mandarin oranges with juice - 11 oz

How to make tropical fruit cake:

Icing:9 oz. Cool Whip3 oz. box instant vanilla pudding mix1 large can crushed pineapple, drained Mix first 4 ingredients together. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

Mix together icing ingredients; frost cake. Refrigerate.
