  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • coconut - 1 c
  • almond extract - 1/2 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • container Cool Whip - 1 (8
  • pineapple juice - 1/2 c
  • 9-inch graham cracker crust - 1 item

How to make tropical cream pie:

Put pineapple juice, cream cheese, sugar, coconut and extract in blender. Cover and process until well mixed. Remove to bowl and add pineapple. Mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Spoon into prepared crust. Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking pan (ungreased). Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched with finger. Cool in pan.
