Tropical bread pudding
Ingredients/Components
- bread crumbs - 2 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- large eggs, beaten - 3 item
- chopped nuts - 1/3 c
- dark raisins - 1/3 c
- vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- stick butter, melted - 3/4 item
- flaked coconut - 1/3 c
- crushed pineapple, undrained - 1/3 c
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
How to make tropical bread pudding:
Grease with butter an 11 3/4 x 7 1/2 x 3/4-inch baking dish. Mix pudding ingredients in order listed. Put in baking dish. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Remove and cool at room temperature. Serve with Cool Whip.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Pineapple.
