Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- chopped pecans - 1 1
- pkg - 1 oz
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 oz
- creamy peanut butter - 1/2 c
How to make triple layer bars:
In oven at 350°, melt margarine in a 13 x 9-inch pan. (For glass pan, bake at 325°.) Sprinkle crumbs evenly over margarine (make sure all crumbs are moistened; drizzle on more melted margarine if necessary). Top evenly with coconut and pecans; pour on sweetened condensed milk. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.In small saucepan over low heat, melt chips with peanut butter. Spread evenly over hot coconut layer. Cool for 30 minutes, then chill thoroughly in fridge. Cut into bars. Store, loosely covered, at room temperature.
