Ingredients/Components
- salsa - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- Jack cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- flour tortillas - 12 item
- can chopped black olives - 1 item
- diced green onion - 1 item
- large can diced green chilies - 1 item
How to make tortilla stack:
Layer 1 shell, then ingredients in order given. Dab butter around edges so it won't burn, then repeat layers until 4 to 5 high ending with tortilla on top. Bake at 350° covered in foil for 20 minutes until cheese is melted. Open foil for a few minutes to get top done. Cool before cutting.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
