Tortilla roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- chopped green onions - 1/2 c
- large flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- small can black olives, sliced - 1/2 item
- salsa, with additional for dipping - 1/2 c
- packed fresh cilantro, chopped - 1/4 c
How to make tortilla roll-ups:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until consistency is somewhat smooth (there will be lumps). With a spatula, spread approximately 1/4-inch thick layer of spread to cover tortilla, then tightly roll up tortilla. Repeat as far as mixture goes. Wrap them in cello wrap and refrigerate a few hours or overnight. Remove and slice into 1 to 1 1/2-inch lengths.
