- chicken broth - 5 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- fresh spinach - 1/2 pkg
- carrots, thinly sliced - 2 item
How to make tortellini spinach soup:
In a large saucepan, combine onion, carrots and broth. Bring to a boil. Add tortellini, reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes. Meanwhile, clean, trim and coarsely chop spinach. Add spinach and simmer 4 to 5 minutes longer until carrots are tender-crisp. Add pepper to taste.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
