Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- white wine vinegar
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- plain yogurt - 2 Tbsp
- sliced black olives - 1/4 c
- Tabasco - 1/8 tsp
- frozen peas, thawed - 1/2 pkg
- crushed garlic cloves - 2 item
- frozen tortellini - 3/4 lb
How to make tortellini salad:
Vinaigrette:1/4 c. white wine vinegar3 Tbsp. lemon juice2 Tbsp. plain yogurt1 tsp. Dijon mustard2 crushed garlic cloves1/2 tsp. sugar1/8 tsp. Tabasco2 Tbsp. olive oil1/2 c. vegetable oil Cook tortellini according to package. Drain and rinse in cold water.
