  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • baking powder - 3 tsp
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar
  • raisins - 1 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • cream cheese, softened

How to make tomato soup cake:

Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese, softened2 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 9-inch tube pan. Sift dry ingredients together. Add shortening and 1/2 cup soup and beat. Add remaining soup and eggs. Beat. Fold in nuts. Bake 1 1/2 hours.

Frosting: Cream the cream cheese and milk. Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over cake.
