Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar
- raisins - 1 c
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened
How to make tomato soup cake:
Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese, softened2 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 Tbsp. milk1/2 tsp. vanilla Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 9-inch tube pan. Sift dry ingredients together. Add shortening and 1/2 cup soup and beat. Add remaining soup and eggs. Beat. Fold in nuts. Bake 1 1/2 hours.Frosting: Cream the cream cheese and milk. Blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread over cake.
