Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped onions - 1/2 c
• chopped tomatoes
• ground cumin - 1/4 tsp
• clove garlic, crushed - 1/8 item
• to 3 chopped jalapenos - 1 item

How to make tomato salsa:

Mix all. Cover and refrigerate. Use within 1 week. Serve with tacos, enchiladas, burritos and tortilla chips.

This sauce is good cooked 10 minutes. Use on meat loaf, fish or burgers.
