Tomato salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• vinegar - 1 c
• celery, diced - 1 c
• onion, sliced - 1 c
• tomatoes, peeled and quartered - 9 c
• green pepper, cut up - 1 item

How to make tomato salad:

Combine vegetables, then mix vinegar, sugar and salt together cold. Add to tomato mixture and refrigerate. Keeps for several weeks.
