Tomato relish

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 Tbsp
• salt
• ginger - 1/2 Tbsp
• ground cloves - 1 tsp
• ground nutmeg - 1/2 Tbsp
• pepper - 1 tsp
• chopped onions - 1 pt
• ground allspice - 1/2 Tbsp
• white vinegar - 3 c
• chopped bell peppers - 1 c
• peeled and chopped tomatoes - 1 gal
• pods chopped hot peppers - 3 item
• small cans mustard seed - 2 item

How to make tomato relish:

Cook together until somewhat thick. Makes approximately 7 pints.
