Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 item
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 3
- pie crust - 1 item
- to 12 fresh tomatoes - 10 item
- garden onions - 1 item
How to make tomato pie:
Use 9-inch pie plate. Line pie plate. Cook 1/2 way. Peel, core and slice tomatoes. Be sure tomatoes are drained. Layer pie crust with tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese and onions. Continue to layer with tomatoes, cheese and onions until pie is full. Frost with mayonnaise. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
