Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- oregano - 1 Tbsp
- basil - 1 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 c
- deep dish pie shell - 1 item
- large tomatoes canned - 5 item
How to make tomato pie:
Drain cut-up tomatoes well. Lay in pie shell. Put spices over the tomatoes. Mix onion, cheese and mayonnaise and top the tomatoes. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes uncovered. Cover and bake 45 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Vegetables.
