- salt - 1 item
- tomato juice - 1 gal
- spice - 1 item
- ground onions - 1 item
How to make tomato ketchup:
Take tomato juice. Let stand in warm place 4 or 5 days until it really sours. Skim off top and part of water from top. Use remaining juice and add sugar and spice to taste, 1 onion (ground real fine) and salt. No vinegar is used. Boil slowly until thick.
