- Sure-Jell - 1 item
How to make tomato jam:
Scald, peel and dice 4 cups tomatoes. Put in pot with 2 boxes Sure-Jell. Bring to full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add 7 cups sugar and boil rapidly for 4 or 5 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent floating fruit. Fill hot sterilized jars and seal.Recipe categories: American, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
