Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- olive oil - 6 Tbsp
- chopped basil - 3 Tbsp
- large mushrooms - 6 item
- large tomatoes - 3 item
- pitted black olives - 10 item
- red wine vinegar balsamic is best - 2 Tbsp
How to make tomato-basil salad:
Cut the garlic and rub a shallow serving dish with it. Slice the olives, tomatoes and mushrooms and arrange in the dish. Mix the oil and vinegar and pour over the vegetables.
