- can tomato sauce - 1 8
- cups coarsely peeled, chopped, seeded tomatoes - 3 item
- cup vegetable or chicken broth - 1 item
- snipped fresh basil or 1 tsp dried basil, crushed - 2 Tbsp
How to make tomato basil bisque:
Combine chopped tomatoes, broth and tomato sauce in a blender container. Cover and blend until smooth. Stir in basil. Transfer to a container with a tight fitting lid. Chill for 1 to 4 hours. Makes 4 side dish servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Tomato, Bisques/cream soups.
