Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- Worcestershire - 1 tsp
- lemon Jell-O - 1 pkg
- sliced olives - 1 item
- V-8 juice
How to make tomato aspic:
Boil V-8 juice and chopped onion; simmer for 3 minutes. Put Jell-O in a bowl and add the juice and mix. Add vinegar, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and olives. Pour into 1-quart mold or 6 individual molds.Hint: Spray molds with no stick cooking spray.
