Toll house cookies
Ingredients/Components
- unsifted flour
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter, softened - 1 c
- sugar - 3/4 c
- packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- Nestle chocolate morsels - 12 oz
- chopped nuts - 1 c
How to make toll house cookies:
Preheat oven to 375°. In a small bowl, combine flour, soda and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, mix butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually mix in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.For pan cookies, spread dough into a greased 15 x 10-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut into squares.
