- eggs - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- firmly packed brown sugar - 1/2 c
- margarine, softened - 1 c
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
How to make toll house cookie pie:
Preheat oven to 325°. In mixer, blend margarine, eggs, flour and sugars. Stir in pecans and chocolate chips. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325° for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold with ice cream. This pie freezes well.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Puddings and mousses.
