Toasted pumpkin seeds
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter or margarine
- pumpkin seeds - 2 c
How to make toasted pumpkin seeds:
Wipe off pumpkin seeds. Do not wash. In a bowl, combine 2 cups seeds, melted butter and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt. You may also add Worcestershire sauce. Put seeds in mixture until all coated. Spread on cookie sheets and bake at 250° for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally or until seeds are golden brown.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Fruit, Nuts.
