Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- melted butter - 1 Tbsp
- small link sausages - 1 lb
How to make toad-in-the-hole:
Fry sausages; drain. Place in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan. Combine milk, eggs, flour, butter and salt in a blender. Process one minute or until smooth. Pour over sausages. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until topping is puffed and golden brown. Yields 6 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Beef, Beef sausage.
