Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 item
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream
- whole eggs - 4 item
How to make tiny cheesecakes:
First Layer:1 1/2 lb. cream cheese1 c. sugar4 whole eggs1 tsp. vanilla Second Layer:1 c. sour cream2 Tbsp. sugar First Layer: Beat all ingredients together for 20 minutes. Grease miniature pans (may use Pam) and dust with graham cracker crumbs and fill 3/4 full with mixture. Bake at 350° for 8 to 12 minutes.Second Layer: Blend ingredients and place 1 teaspoon in middle of small cakes. Bake 5 minutes more. Cool.
