Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- egg yolks - 2 item
- chopped walnuts - 3/4 c
- oleo - 2/3 c
- slightly beaten egg whites - 2 item
How to make thumbprints:
Cream oleo and sugar. Add yolks and mix in vanilla and salt. Gradually add flour. Shape in balls and dip in egg whites, then in walnuts. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes and push in center with thumb.
