Thumb cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/4 c
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 1 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• cream cheese 2 1/2 Tbsp

How to make thumb cookies:

Beat the cream cheese and butter, then add the sugar and vanilla. Add the flour; mix well. Chill for 1 hour. Take spoonful of dough, then shape into small balls. Put on cookie sheet, 1/2 inch apart. Take thumb; make small hole. Put any preserves you like in the middle.
