Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- skim milk - 2 Tbsp
- 4 oz - 1 c
- crumbled Blue cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped almonds, toasted - 1/4 c
- low-sodium Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
How to make three cheese spread:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring until smooth. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Let cheese mixture stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving. Serve with unsalted crackers, sliced apples or sliced pearsYields 2 cups. Per tablespoon: 32 calories, 2.8 g protein, 1.9 g fat, 0.7 g carbohydrate, 5 mg cholesterol and 101 mg sodium.
