Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- milk
- melted butter - 1/4 c
How to make thin pancakes:
Blend in blender. Let set for 10 minutes, then fry.A heavy griddle is best or a heavy frying pan will work. Heat pan. To test if ready, sprinkle with drops of water. If bubbles "skitter around," heat is just right and cakes will brown immediately. Pour batter from tip of large spoon (one pouring) or from pitcher in pools a little apart (for perfect round cakes). If it is necessary, grease pan very lightly. Makes 1 dozen medium cakes.
