- butter - 2 c
- flour - 4 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- sugar - 2 c
- oats - 5 c
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 24 oz
- brown sugar - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- Hershey bar, grated - 1 (8
- eggs - 4 item
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- nuts, chopped optional - 3 c
How to make the neiman marcus cookie:
In a blender or food processor, blend oats to a fine powder. Cream the butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour, oats, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey bar and nuts if desired. Form into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.
