Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- unsifted all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
- oil or melted butter - 1/2 c
How to make the best brownies:
Blend oil, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add eggs; beat well with spoon. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to egg mixture until well blended. Stir in nuts. Spread in greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Cool in pan.
