Ingredients/Components
- chunky peanut butter - 2 Tbsp
- large chicken breast - 1 item
- can coconut milk - 1 oz
- cooked white rice - 5 c
- Putaks Vindaloo curry paste - 3 Tbsp
- Green Giant American mixtures New England style frozen vegetables - 1 lb
How to make thai curry:
Brown chicken. Cook vegetables separately. Cut up chicken into chunks. Mix rest of ingredients together and serve over rice. (Hot and spicy; adjust curry paste to taste.)Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Curries.
