Thai chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- chopped peanuts - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- crushed red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- lettuce - 1 item
- water chestnuts, sliced - 1/2 c
- lite Zesty Italian dressing Kraft - 2/3 c
- julienne cut green or red pepper - 1/2 c
- crunchy peanut butter or creamy - 3 Tbsp
- cooked, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips - 1/2 lb
- julienne cut carrot - 1/2 c
How to make thai chicken salad:
Stir together dressing, sugar, peanut butter, soy and red pepper.Toss 1/2 cup dressing mixture with combined remaining ingredients. Serve on lettuce.
