  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 6 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 2 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • skim milk - 1/2 c
  • Icing:1 stick oleo
  • Egg Beaters - 2 item
  • box xxxx sugar confectioners - 1 item

How to make texas sheet cake:

Icing:1 stick oleo4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 box xxxx sugar (confectioners)1 tsp. vanilla2 c. chopped nuts Sift together in a large bowl the sugar, flour, salt and baking soda. Bring to a boil the margarine, water and cocoa. Add to the mixture in bowl; do not cool. Add the Egg Beaters, milk with vinegar added to it and vanilla. Pour into jelly roll pan (will be hot). Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

Icing: Boil the oleo, cocoa and milk. Add the confectioners sugar, vanilla and nuts. Ice the cake as soon as it comes out of the oven.
