- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Icing:1 stick margarine
How to make texas sheet cake:
Icing:1 stick margarine4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla1 box powdered sugar Boil margarine, water and cocoa. Remove from heat; while hot, add eggs, flour, sugar, salt and soda. Beat until creamy. Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat again. Pour onto greased and floured, rolled edge cookie sheet (up to 12 x 18-inch). Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.Icing: Boil margarine, cocoa and milk. Remove from heat; add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until creamy. Pour hot on hot cake.
