  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 1/4 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 lb
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • chopped nuts optional - 1/2 c
  • Bring to a boil

How to make texas sheet cake:

Combine butter, water and cocoa in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and beat in flour, sugar, salt, eggs, sour cream, soda and vanilla. Pour into large cookie sheet with sides. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.Texas Sheet Cake Icing:1/2
