Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- plain flour - 2 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- In a pan on stove, bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil
How to make texas sheet cake:
Mix sugar, flour and salt together in a large bowl. In a pan on stove, bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil. Pour into dry ingredients. Add sour cream, eggs and soda. Batter will be thin. Pour into a greased and floured 10 x 15 1/2-inch pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350°.Texas Sheet Cake Frosting:6 Tbsp. milk2 sticks margarine4 Tbsp. cocoa1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Bring milk, margarine and cocoa to a boil on stove.
