  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 6 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • cocoa - 4 Tbsp
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • In bowl mix remaining ingredients

How to make texas sheet cake:

Bring to boil margarine, water and cocoa. In bowl mix remaining ingredients. Add hot chocolate mix to the bowl. Pour into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.Icing:1 stick margarine4 Tbsp. cocoa6 Tbsp. milk1 lb. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Heat margarine, cocoa and milk. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour hot over cooled cake. Sprinkle with nuts if desired.
