Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- chopped nuts optional - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- peanut butter optional - 1/4 c
- Remove form heat
How to make texas sheet cake:
Boil the water, margarine and cocoa for 2 minutes. Remove form heat. Add the flour, sugar, salt and soda. Mix well and add the eggs and sour cream. Beat well. Pour into greased and floured cookie sheet (18 x 12 x 1-inch). Bake 20 minutes at 350°.Icing:6 Tbsp. milk1 stick margarine4 Tbsp. cocoa1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. peanut butter (optional)1 c. chopped nuts (optional) Boil the milk, margarine and cocoa for 1 minute.
