Texas sheet cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 3 Tbsp
• sour cream - 1/2 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• water - 1 c
• cocoa - 4 Tbsp
• sticks margarine - 2 item
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• powdered sugar
• Frosting:1/2 stick margarine

How to make texas sheet cake:

Frosting:1/2 stick margarine2 Tbsp. cocoa3 Tbsp. milk1 3/4 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil. Mix together sugar, flour and salt. Pour boiling mixture over dry ingredients. Add eggs, sour cream, baking soda and vanilla. Beat well. Pour into greased 15 x 17-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

Frosting: Bring margarine, cocoa and milk to a boil. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour hot frosting over hot cake. Sprinkle with nuts (optional).
