Texas pecan cake



  • candied cherries - 1/2 lb
  • candied pineapple - 1/2 lb
  • pitted dates, chopped - 1/2 lb
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pecans
  • coconut - 1 c
  • can Eagle Brand milk - 1 item

How to make texas pecan cake:

Coat dates with flour. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into tube pan with removable bottom. Bake at 250° for 1 1/2 hours. Cool.

Note: Best after wrapping in foil and storing in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
