- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- ground beef, browned and drained - 2 lb
- bottle Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 item
- can Mexican-style diced tomatoes do not drain - 1 item
How to make texas hash:
Mix all ingredients. Bake in an oblong pan, covered, for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
